Mold free Hot wire cutting machine is also called eps grooving machine,mold free package machine,it is for eps foam cutting/package.Full automatic mold free package machine are designed with sectional cutting hot wire for single pcs of package product and clamps on two sides of eps panels which can drive it forward.

It uses no mold different with eps box package machine which use mold. The high temperature hot wire can be made in to different shapes for cutting work.The temperature are adjustable which can be applicable for different density materials and hot wires are with positioning device which can work with uniformity for all cut products.
